1. Action: Drive the motor associated to opposite direction with Jog Key so as to go out of limit position.

Error Code: $13D3

Symptom and Cause: Driving part of Z-axis motor is reached to software limit of negative(-) direction select

2. Action: When using System ANC, be sure to teach again Z down position(ANC Pickup) of system ANC by executing command of of MMI.

Error Code: $13E1, $13E2, $13E3

Symptom and Cause: Z-axis ANC Down S/W limit is detected in the AUTO mode. Z-axis motor in Auto Nozzle Change is reached to software limit of negative(-) direction selected in system setup during AUTO operation.

3. Action: Turn the power of motor Off by pressing switch and then supply again power of motor by pressing switch.

Error Code: $1500

Symptom and Cause: Motor trouble is detected at the Warmup Motor alarm occurs during Warming up operation.

Error Code: $1510

Symptom and Cause: Motor alarm is detected (- X axis error)

Error Code: $1520

Symptom and Cause: Motor alarm is detected (- Y axis error)

Error Code: $1531

Symptom and Cause: Motor alarm is detected (Head1-Z axis error)

Error Code: $1532

Symptom and Cause: Motor alarm is detected (Head2-Z axis error)

Error Code: $1533

Symptom and Cause: Motor alarm is detected (Head3-Z axis error)

4. Action: Remove the objective detected by Feeder Lock sensor.

Error Code: $1701

Symptom and Cause: Front Feeder is not locked Any objective is detected by Front Feeder Lock Sensor.

Error Code: $1702

Symptom and Cause: Rear Feeder is not locked Any objective is detected by Rear Feeder Lock Sensor.

5. Action: After checking the condition of air pressure, if the air pressure is less than the standard values(5 Bar), adjust the air pressure to meet the standard values.

Error Code: $1800

Symptom and Cause: Air pressure is too low Air pressure inputted to system is too low.

6. Action: Retrying is to be given after checking the conditions of Z axis motor and a dirver.

Error Code: $1901

Symptom and Cause: Z-axis motor error for moving in x and y axis (Head 1). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when error occurs to Z-axis motor or driver.

Error Code: $1902

Symptom and Cause: Z-axis motor error for moving in x and y axis (Head 2). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when error occurs to Z-axis motor or driver.

Error Code: $1903

Symptom and Cause: Z-axis motor error for moving in x and y axis (Head 3). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when error occurs to Z-axis motor or driver.

7. Action: Retrying is to be given after finding out Home position of Z axis motor.

Error Code: $1911

Symptom and Cause: Z axis home was not found for moving in x and y axis (Head 1). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when failing to find out Home of Z-axis motor.

Error Code: $1912

Symptom and Cause: Z axis home was not found for moving in x and y axis (Head 2). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when failing to find out Home of Z-axis motor.

Error Code: $1913

Symptom and Cause: Z axis home was not found for moving in x and y axis (Head 3). Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor when failing to find out Home of Z-axis motor.

8. Action: Check that inputted value of moving height is correct.

Error Code: $1921

Symptom and Cause: Z height is too low for moving in x and y axis (Head 1) Height of Z axis is too low when driving XY Motor.

Error Code: $1922

Symptom and Cause: Z height is too low for moving in x and y axis (Head 2) Height of Z axis is too low when driving XY Motor.

Error Code: $1923

Symptom and Cause: Z height is too low for moving in x and y axis (Head 3) Height of Z axis is too low when driving XY Motor.

9. Action: Retrying is to be given after finding out Home position of Z axis Motor.

Error Code: $1931

Symptom and Cause: Z height is interlocked (Head 1) Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor with Home of motor not found.

Error Code: $1932

Symptom and Cause: Z height is interlocked (Head 2) Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor with Home of motor not found.

Error Code: $1933

Symptom and Cause: Z height is interlocked (Head 3) Error occurred when trying to drive XY motor with Home of motor not found.
