1. Number of times of the repetition accuracy inspection
4P feeder: 30 times
2P feeder: 60 times (range of the monitor scale: 0.1mm)
2. After performing inspection of the repetition accuracy
1) If the pocket is located in the box while performing the repetition accuracy inspection as many times as designated, do not calibrate the feeder because it is in good state.
2) If the pocket goes out of the box while performing the repetition accuracy inspection as many times as designated, perform the repetition accuracy inspection after performing calibration so that the pocket center coincides with the box center.
3) Despite the calibration, if the pocket goes out of the box continuously during the repetition accuracy inspection, contact the service center.
