Alarm Display: A. 400
Alarm Name: Overvoltage
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the main circuit power supply was turned ON.
Cause: The AC power voltage is 290 V or more.
Corrective Actions: The AC power voltage must be within the specified range.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
3. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred during normal operation.
Cause: Check the AC power voltage. (check if there is no excessive voltage change.)
Corrective Actions: The AC power voltage must be within the specified range.
Cause: The motor speed is high and load moment of inertia is excessive, resulting in insufficient regenerative capacity.
Corrective Actions: Check the load moment of inertia and minus load specifications. Reconsider the load and operation conditions.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
4. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred at servomotor deceleration.
Cause: The motor speed is high, and the load moment of inertia is excessive.
Corrective Actions: Reconsider the load and operation conditions.
