Summary of FUJI CP643E Servo Adjustment Procedure

The mechanical check software (servo adjustment software) is used to perform CP643E’s servo adjustment. The servo adjustment procedure using mechanical check software is described below. This procedure below applies only to Servo ROM305 or newer versions.

1) Start the mechanical check software by entering the following: [3] (axis selector SW) + [RESET] + [POWER ON];

2) Use I/O commands to set the cam lever stoppers as follows: [I/O] (F3) —> [OUT] (F2) —> Position the cursor using the [+PAGE], [-PAGE], [▲],[▼] keys —> [ON/OFF] (F5);

Note: I/O command operations should be performed with the cam angle at 0 degrees.

3) Select the axis where the adjustment is to occur: [Servo] (F5) —> [+PAGE], [-PAGE];

4) Select the “Servo Move” mode: [SERVO MOVE] (F1);

5) Perform a zero set operation: [MOVE MODE] (F4) —> select the “zero set mode” (The mode alternates between the “zero set mode” and the “test move mode” each time the [F4] key is pressed.) [SERVO ON] (F1) —> [START];

6) Perform the servo zero adjustment.
