Module: EMG(Emergency)

Error Code: $0001

Symptom and Cause: Emergency switch is pressed.

Action: Release EMG(Emergency) Switch pressed.

Error Code: $0021

Symptom and Cause: Front door is opened Error occurred when trying to operate system when front door is open.

Action: Close a front door of system and then operate it.

Error Code: $0022

Symptom and Cause: Rear door is opened Error occurred when trying to operate system when rear door is open.

Action: Close a front door of system and then operate it.

Error Code: $0040

Symptom and Cause: Ready switch is off. Error occurred when trying to operate motor or execute program with switch not pressed.

Action: Operate the system after applying power to a motor by pressing a switch.

Error Code: $0070

Symptom and Cause: Can’t make homing while FREEZE state Error occurred when trying to find out Home Position by pressing key of teaching box or at MMI.

Action: Be sure to find out Home Position of motor only after releasing the error condition(FREEZE State) by pressing switch.

Error Code: $0080

Symptom and Cause: Can’t accept MMI command while PAUSE or RUN.

Action: This does not effect on operation or performance of system. Additional corrective actions are not.
