Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the Servopack.
Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred at the servomotor high-speed operation.
Cause: The contact in the servomotor U, V, and W wirings is faulty.
Corrective Actions: Correct the servomotor wiring.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the Servopack.
Situation at Alarm Occurrence: The servomotor did not run with position reference input.
Cause: Wirings of the servomotor U, V, and W are incorrect.
Corrective Actions: Correct the servomotor wiring.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the Servopack.
Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Normal movement, but occurred with a long distance reference input.
Cause: The SERVOPACK gain adjustment is improper.
Corrective Actions: Increase the speed loop gain (Pn100) and position loop gain (Pn102).
Cause: The position reference pulse frequency is too high.
Corrective Actions: Adjust slowly the position reference pulse frequency.
Corrective Actions: Apply the smoothing function.
Corrective Actions: Correct the electronic gear ratio.
Cause: Setting of the parameter Pn520 (Position Error Pulse Overflow Alarm Level) is incorrect.
Corrective Actions: Set the parameter Pn520 to proper value.
Cause: The servomotor specifications do not meet the load conditions such as torque and moment of inertia.
