Alarm Name: Overload of Surge Current Limit Resistor
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred during operations other than the turning ON/OFF of the main circuit.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
3. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred at the main circuit power supply ON/OFF operation.
Cause: The inrush current limit resistor operation frequency at the maincircuit power supply ON/OF operation exceeds the allowable range.
Corrective Actions: Reduce the number of times that main circuit’s power supply can be turned ON/OFF to 5 times/min. or less.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
