“Feed Timer Offset” is added in Parts information for SS Multi Stick Feeder. When “MultiStk” or “WideMultiStk” is selected as Feeder Type, this new item is displayed.
”Feed Timer Offset” is the parameter which set the vibration period (parts feed period) for SS Multi Stick Feeder itself. This item is added to the “Feed Timer” in the machine setting. The default value is set to “Normal(0)” and SS Multi Stick Feeder is vibrated for the Feed Timer in
the machine setting.
Vibration period = “Feed Timer” in the machine setting + ”Feed Timer Offset” in Parts information (In case of 0 or less for Vibration period, it is vibrated for “Feed Timer” in the machine setting) ”Feed Timer Offset” is set into the range between “+4.0” to “-3.5” according to the parts
condition.
When the plural parts on SS Multi Stick Feeder are fed at the same time during auto running, the vibration period is calculated with the longest ”Feed Timer Offset”.
