Measures: Increase the capacity of servo-motor and Amp.
Causes: Servo-motor vibration.
Measures: Servo tuning adjustment.
Causes: Wrong connection or shortage of the motor cable.
Measures: Check and rectify the motor cable.
Causes: Tentative overload owing to mechanical collision.
Measures: Release the alarm, restart and check.
