1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON or during operation.
Cause: A serial converter unit fault occurred and was detected by self-diagnosis of serial converter unit.
Corrective Actions: Set up the serial converter unit. If this alarm occurs frequently replace the senate converter unit.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when Sensor ON (SENS ON) command was issued
Cause: A serial converter unit fault occurred and was detected by self-diagnosis of serial converter unit.
Corrective Actions: Set up the serial converter unit. If this alarm occurs frequently replace the senate converter unit.
