Alarm Name: Dynamic Brake Overload
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the servomotor was running and in a status other than servo OFF.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
3. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the servomotor was running in servo OFF status.
Cause: The rotating energy at a DB stop exceeds the DB resistance capacity.
Corrective Actions: (1) Reduce the motor speed, (2) Reduce the load moment of inertia, or (3) Reduce the number of times of the DB stop operation.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
