Alarm Name: Encoder Data Error
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A malfunction occurred in the encoder.
Corrective Actions: Turn the encoder power supply OFF and then ON again. If this alarm occurs frequently, replace the servomotor. Replace the SERVOPACK.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred during operation.
Cause: A malfunction occurred in the encoder.
Corrective Actions: Correct the wiring around the encoder by separating the encoder cable from the power line, or by checking the grounding and other wiring.)
Cause: An encoder fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: If this alarm occurs frequently, replace the servomotor.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
