Alarm Name: Heat Sink Overheated
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
Cause: The overload alarm has been reset by turning OFF the power too many times.
Corrective Actions: Change the method to reset the alarm.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the main circuit power supply was turned ON or while the servomotor was running.
Cause: The load exceeds the rated load.
Corrective Actions: Reconsider the load and operation conditions, or reconsider the servomotor capacity.
Cause: The SERVOPACK ambient temperature exceeds 55-degrees centigrade.
Corrective Actions: The ambient temperature must be 55-degrees centigrade or less.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
Cause: The overload alarm has been reset by turning OFF the power too many times.
Corrective Actions: Change the method to reset the alarm.
Cause: The connection of the SERVOPACK board and the thermostat switch is incorrect.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
Cause: The overload or regenerative energy exceeds the resistor capacity.
Corrective Actions: Reconsider the load and operation conditions.
Cause: The SERVOPACK (direction and distance to the peripheral devices) is mounted incorrectly. Heat radiation from the panel or heat around the SERVOPACK
Corrective Actions: The ambient temperature for SERVOPACK must be 55-degrees centigrade or less.
Cause: A SERVOPACK fan fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
