Alarm Display: A. 410
Alarm Name: Undervoltage
1. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the control power supply was turned ON.
Cause: A SERVOPACK board fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
2. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred when the main circuit power supply was turned ON.
Cause: The AC power supply voltage is 120 V or less.
Corrective Actions: The AC power supply voltage must be within the specified range.
Cause: The fuse of the SERVOPACK is blown out.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
Cause: The inrush current limit resistor is disconnected, and result in an abnormal power supply voltage or in an overload of the inrush current limit resistor.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK. (Check the power supply voltage, and reduce the number of times that the main circuit is turned ON or OFF.)
Cause: A SERVOPACK fault occurred.
Corrective Actions: Replace the SERVOPACK.
3. Situation at Alarm Occurrence: Occurred during normal operation.
Cause: The AC power supply voltage was lowered, and large voltage drop occurred.
Corrective Actions: The AC power supply voltage must be within the specified range.
Cause: A temporary power failure occurred.
Corrective Actions: Clear and reset the alarm, and restart the operation.
Cause: The servomotor cable shorts to ground.
Corrective Actions: Repair or replace the servomotor cable.
Cause: The servomotor shorts to ground.
Corrective Actions: Replace the servomotor.
